As time goes by, the very typical Binh Thuan dishes are now only appeared in some native families, or just remained in local people’s memory. Facing these concerns and with great love for Binh Thuan culinary, the people at The Cliff Resort & Residences organized “The Lost Recipes” event in order to restore the lost dishes of Binh Thuan, preserve and introduce to the domestic and foreign tourists the unique flavor dishes imbued with this coastal cultural identity.
